Your article will be provided to the editor-in-chief of the journal after refereeing. The editor has a major role in final decision making.
The paper’s status after the editor’s decision will usually be one of the following:
- Accepted
- Admission for publishing after minor corrections
- Admission for publishing after major modifications
- Possible re-examination for publishing after major revisions
- Possibility to review in the form of a letter to the editor or short report
- Rejected
